基于WiFi技术的露天矿数字化生产调度系统

The Digital Dispatching System of Open-pit Mine Based on WiFi

针对露天矿日常生产调度和定位监控的实际需求,利用WiFi无线技术,设计实现了集语音通讯、作业设备定位、视频监控等多种功能于一体的露天矿生产调度系统。该系统的实施,不仅可满足矿区生产调度的需要,而且可实现VOIP功能和无线视频监控,为露天矿生产调度管理提供了一条新的技术路径。现场测试表明：该系统性能稳定,能满足矿山生产管理要求。

In view of the request of the daily dispatching and location monitoring in open pit,the open pit dispatching system with integration of language communication,devices location,and video monitoring are realized with the WiFi technology.This system can not only meet the demands of production dispatching within the scope of mining area,but also realize the function of VOIP and wireless video monitoring,which provides a new technique to production dispatching management for open-pit.The field test indicates that the performance of this system is stable and can satisfy the requirement of mine production and management.
