摘要
自2003年实施宏观调控政策以来,房地产企业融资问题便成为一个焦点。随着市场竞争的加剧及宏观调控累积效应的显现,越来越多的房地产开发商面临融资压力,如何解决好房地产融资问题已经迫在眉睫。因此,在这一背景下研究我国房地产开发企业的融资状况及存在的问题,对于房地产行业的健康发展有着重要的意义。
It is tremendously significant to work over the financing conditions and problems of real estate enterprises in China. Because of the regional differences and the current financing situation of real estate enterprises, five typical cities with indicators are selected to compare with each another. This paper not only provides a profound analysis of financing of real estate enterprises in Shanghai, but also makes researches on the diverse financing pattern of financing channels, its solutions and feasibility. Meanwhile, this paper also brings forward some strategic advice for the current situation of real estate financing.
