This paper summarizes the perioperative nursing of 13 patients undergoing robotic-assisted laparoscopic hepatectomy.The key points of nursing care were preoperative guidance,preoperative preparations,perioperative nutritional support,prevention and treatment of postoperative complications.It is suggested that the philosophy of fast track surgery should be carried out in the whole process of perioperative nursing to promote the patients＇ recovery.
