静脉输液护士PICC操作资质准入的管理

The qualification certification system of peripherally inserted central catheter nurse

目的建立静脉输液护士PICC操作资质准入制度。方法成立静脉输液护士小组PICC专业组;制订PICC操作护士资质条件及相关的技术管理规定;建立培训、资质申报与认证程序。结果 26名护士通过了PICC资质认证,穿刺一次成功率由实施认证管理前的90.23%提高至97.45%。结论 PICC操作护士资质准入符合静脉输液行业化管理,确保了操作的安全性,提高了穿刺成功率。

Objective To establish the qualification certification system of peripherally inserted central catheter （PICC） nurse.Methods The measures included setting up a PICC specialized team,formulating the qualification and management regulations of PICC nurse,establishing training,qualification and certification procedures.Results Twenty-six nurses have passed the PICC qualification certification and examination.The success rate of first puncture was 97.5%.The cost of the materials decreased by 15.6% .Conclusions The qualification certification system of PICC nurse is in line with the specialized management of intravenous infusion.It can guarantee medical safety and reduce medical cost.
