The study by Clark Corr reveals that the most long - lasting organizations are universities and religious groups rather than companies. This point of view inspired us to study the longevity secret of company organizations from the perspective of comparisons among companies, universities and religious groups. Through the comparisons and analysis among the organizational systems of Qiao Jia Zi Hao, American universities and Buddhism - Christianity, we found that all of them possess a continuum pedigree in the area of entrance barriers and level of members' self - supervision. The organizations that enjoy the longest life - span are those that have the highest entrance barrier and the strongest internal supervision.
