摘要
采用注射成型法生产出嵌段共聚聚丙烯(PP—B)电熔管件。重点讨论了钼电阻丝通电时间、电阻大小、电阻丝外包覆料熔体流动速率、管材与管件配合尺寸等因素对PP—B电熔管件耐液压性的影响。结果表明:当钼电阻丝通电时间90s、电阻丝电阻0.9Ω、电阻丝外包覆料同管材料、管件料的熔体流动速率一样、管材与管件配合尺寸在0.05~0.20mm时,Dn75规格的PP—B电熔管件连接的耐液压性好。
PP-B pipe fittings fused were prepared by injection molding. The effects of resistance wire welding time, resistance,MFR of coating materials wire outside resistance, fitting sizes of pipes and pipe fittings, and other factors on hydorostatic pressure resistance properties of PP-B pipe fittings fused connection were disscused. The results show that PP-B pipe fittings fused connection of the Dn75 specifications has superior hydrostatic pressure resistanre properties when the time of the molybdenum resistance wire electricity is 90 s, wire resistance is 0.9 Ω, MFR of resistance wire coating material, the pipe material, and pipe fitting material is the same, fitting sizes of pipes and pipe fittings are 0.05-0.20 mm.
