摘要
采用2类可具有与蒙脱土表面发生反应官能团和可交换阳离子的特殊表面处理剂进行溶液法插层试验,分别制得了不同的蒙脱土纳米中间体,并对其进行了疏水特性试验及X射衍射仪表征,比较了含硅和不含硅以及不同碳链长度的同一类表面处理剂对蒙脱土的扩层效果。
The intercalation experiment was carried on using two kinds special surfactants of function groups reacting with the montmorillonite surface and exchangeable cation by solution method. Montmorillonite clay nanometer intermediate was prepared. The montmorillonite clay nanometer intermediate was characterized by XRD and its hydrophohicity was tested. The expanding effect of the same surface treatment agent containing silicon or not, and the different carbon chain length was compared.
