摘要
企业文化是二十世纪八十年代以来企业管理学中分化出来的新理论,是企业在生产经营实践中逐步形成,为全体员工所认同并遵守。它内容丰富,核心是企业的精神和价值观。渔业企业是企业的一种,渔业企业文化是渔业企业的灵魂,是渔业企业发展的核心动力。本文就渔业企业文化的涵义、内容、作用、构建以及应把握的要点等若干问题进行探讨,为渔业企业的科学管理提供理论参考依据。
Enterprise culture is a new theory that is derived from the Enterprise Management Science since 1980s', and it is gradually formed in the production and management practice of the enterprise which is agreed and abided by all employees. The theory contains a wealth of content whose core is business spirit and values. The fishery enterprise is a component of the enterprise. The fishery enterprise culture is the soul of the fishery enterprise, and it is the core power for the development of the fishery enterprise. This article probed into several issues such as the meaning, content, function, construction and some main points that should be grasped, which provided theoretical reference for the scientific management of the fishery enterprise.
