北京市观赏渔业养殖经营的现状分析及对策研究

The development status and countermeasures of ornamental fish industry in Beijing

观赏鱼已被列为北京市农业技术创新体系首批试点的三个(生猪、果类蔬菜、观赏鱼)品种之一,成为北京市农业发展扶持的重要品种,对北京市观赏鱼产业发展进行全面深入的研究具有十分现实的意义。本文依托北京市观赏鱼创新团队产业经济研究团队调研资料,比较全面系统地分析了北京市观赏渔业养殖、经营的现状及存在的问题,并提出政府应在资金支持、科技创新、推广及指导、渔病防治防疫、规范管理等方面对北京市观赏渔业的养殖与经营予以扶持,使北京市观赏鱼产业更好更快地发展。

Ornamental fish has been listed as one of the three key species of the first testing points of Beijing＇s agricultural technological innovation system. And it has become an important species supported by the Beijing municipal government for its agricultural development. It is of practical significance to make a deep and comprehensive research into the development of ornamental fish industry in Beijing. According to data from industrial economic research team of Beijing ornamental fish innovation team, this paper analyzes comprehensively and systematically the current situation of the breeding and management of ornamental fish in Beijing and the problems they are facing. We suggest that the government should provide support for the breeding and management of ornamental fish industry in Beijing concerning of funding, technological innovation, guidance and popularization, prevention and treatment of fish diseases and administration regulation, so that the ornamental fish industry in Beijing can be developed much better and faster.
