摘要
为了进一步提高感应同步器的精度,在详细分析了感应同步器1°内短周期误差(对极内误差)的组成与分布规律——各次谐波误差沿空间正弦分布的基础上,提出了一种误差谐波补偿新方法;该方法把沿空间正弦分布的非线性误差转化成线性误差,并采用最小二乘理论对各次谐波误差进行补偿,该误差补偿最后通过软件实现;实验证明,采用误差谐波补偿新方法,使感应同步器的精度提高到了1″左右,大大提高了感应同步器的原有精度。
To further improve the accuracy of inductosyn, in a detailed analysis of Induetosyn error of 1″ within a short period (within a polar error) of the composition and distribution--along the spatial harmonics sine 1 distribution of the error based on the proposed Error harmonic compensation of a new approach. This method is the spatial sine distribution along the non--linear error into a linear error, and using least squares theory to compensate for the various harmonic errors of the final adoption of software error compensation. Experiments show that the error harmonic compensation using new methods, so that the accuracy of inductosyn increased to 1 " or so, greatly improving the accuracy of the original inductosyn.
