摘要 针对大功率电机启动困难问题,根据异步电机串电阻启动原理,采用液态电阻,设计了一种基于PLC的液态电阻软启动装置;为了实现恒流启动特性,提出分段线性化液态电阻的思想;该装置由用户设定启动电流、启动时间,装置自动完成液态电阻动态变化的计算及物理实现;阐述了系统构成、工作原理及其性能特点;仿真实验结果表明了该液态电阻软启动装置的有效性。 Aiming at solving the difficult issues of high--power motor to start, a liquid resistance soft--start system is designed based on PLC. The liquid resistance is used according to the principle of series resistance starting of asynchronous motor. In order to achieve constant current starting, a piecewise linear liquid resistance idea is proposed. Starting current and start up time is set by user. Calculation of dynamic changes of the liquid resistance and physical realization is completed automatically. The components, working principle and performance characteristics of the system is described. The effectiveness of the device is proved by the simulation results.
