摘要
无线数据传输已经广泛应用于各类数据采集和监控系统中,在实际应用中最常见的问题是如何实现可靠的数据传输,尤其是在恶劣的现场环境中;铝电解车间有很强的电磁干扰,对数据传输影响很大;在多次反复现场试验的基础上,系统采用数字滤波消除干扰信号、增加硬件看门狗恢复单片机运行、对需要发送的数据打包传输、在数据包中增加数据校验、采用冗余数据传输等方法,在有强电磁干扰的铝电解车间中实现了无线数据的可靠传输;在实际应用中取得了很好的效果。
Wireless data transmission are widely used in data gathering and monitoring system. The most important thing is how to improve data transmission reliability, especially in industrial environments. Data transmission is impacted greatly in electrolytic aluminum plant which has a strong electromagnetic interference. Based on many time repeated test, reliable wireless data transmission was realized in the electrolytic aluminum plant with the strong electromagnetic interference by selecting suitable devices, digital filtering to eliminate interference signals, resetting single chip computer with hardware watchdog, packaging data, verifying data package, and redundant data transmission. The system had been used in many other plants.
