摘要
通过对北小河污水处理厂MBR工艺全年的运行情况进行分析,发现虽然进水的污染物浓度有较大的波动,但其出水水质稳定,各项指标的全年达标天数>355 d,基本满足《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质》(GB/T 18920—2002)的要求;进水有机物浓度是影响总氮去除的主要因素,而较高的污泥浓度可以减小低温对处理系统的影响;膜过滤单元长时间运行后,仅通过化学清洗并不能很好地恢复其透水性能,需进行离线清洗。
Through analyzing the annual operation of MBR process in Beixiaohe WWTP, it is found that although the concentrations of pollutants in the influent have a greater fluctuation, the quality of the effluent is stable, all indicators reach the standard in more than 355 days a year, which meets the requirement of Reuse of Urban Recycling Water--Water Quality Standard for Urban Miscellaneous Water Consumption (GB/T 18920 -2002). The concentration of organic compounds in the influent is the main factor affecting total nitrogen removal, and high sludge concentration can reduce the impact of low temperature on treatment system. After a long time running of membrane filtration unit, its good permeability performance cannot be restored by chemical cleaning, and it needs off-line cleaning.
