摘要
采用悬浮填料流化池工艺预处理珠江原水,中试规模为210 m3/d,重点考察了气水比对流化池处理效能及运行特性的影响。结果表明:在停留时间为2.0 h、填充率为52%、气水比为0.8∶1的工况下,当进水氨氮、浊度的平均值分别为2.57 mg/L、43.8 NTU时,对氨氮和浊度的平均去除率分别为82.6%、28.4%,亚硝酸盐氮的平均积累率为1.2%。当气水比逐渐增大时,对氨氮的平均去除率有所提高,但亚硝酸盐氮的积累率和除浊率则有所下降。
A pilot-scale study on pretreatment of raw water from Pearl River by suspended packing fluidized tank with a capacity of 210 m3/d was carried out. The effect of air/water ratio on treatment efficiency and operation characteristics of fluidized tank was investigated. The results show that under the conditions of HRT 2.0 h, packing rate 52% and air/water ratio 0, 8 : 1, the average removal rates of ammonia nitrogen and turbidity are 82.6% and 28.4% respectively, and the average accumulation rate of nitrite nitrogen is 1.2% when the average ammonia nitrogen concentration and turbidity in the inlluent are 2.57 mg/L and 43.8 NTU respectively. The average removal rate of ammonia nitrogen is increased, but the accumulation rate of nitrite nitrogen and the removal rate of turbidity are decreased when the air/ water ratio is gradually increased.
