补精复方对大鼠化学性肝损伤的保护作用与机制探讨 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨补精复方防治实验性急性肝损伤大鼠的作用及机制。方法:以四氧化碳(CCl4)肝损伤大鼠为模型,以联苯双酯为阳性对照药,观察补精复方对CCl4致肝损伤大鼠血清谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)及胆红素(TBil)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、胸腺系数、脾脏系数和肝脏系数的影响。结果:补精复方可以降低急性肝损伤大鼠GPT、GOT和TBil水平,升高胸腺系数和脾脏系数,降低肝脏系数,且提高血清SOD,降低MDA。结论:补精复方能够保护大鼠的化学性肝损伤,其机制与提高动物的机体免疫力、清除自由基、提高SOD活性、抑制脂质过氧化等作用相关。 Objective:To observe the protective effect of Compound Bujing Recipe for the treatment of chemical induced hepatic injury in rats and to explore its possible mechanism. Methods:Rats model of hepatic injury induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4 ) was established. Bifendate was used as the positive control drug. We observed the effect of Compound Bujing Recipe on serum levels of glutamate pyruvate transaminase(GPT), glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (GOT) and total bilirubin (TBil), malondialdehyde and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities, and coefficients of thymus, spleen and liver in rats with CCl4 induced hepatic injury. Results:Compound Bujing Recipe significantly decreased serum levels of GPT, GOT and Tbil, increased SOD activity and coefficients of thymus and spleen, and reduced liver coefficient and MDA activity. Conclusion:Compound Bujing Recipe has protective effect on rats with chemical induced hepatic injury, and its mechanism is probably related with the increase of immunity, clearance of free radicals, enhancement of SOD activity, and inhibition of lipid peroxidation.
