摘要
通过对广东省企业高管进行调研取得的资料,针对问题的模糊不确定性,构建评价其胜任力的测度指标体系和模糊测度模型,以实证的方式说明该指标体系和模糊测度模型的有效性、可靠性和实用性,基于定量测度的结果,就企业高管胜任力的提升提出相应的对策建议。研究为广东省企业高管胜任力评价及其提升提供一种新的思路,因此,具有较高的理论与应用价值。
How to evaluate executive competency is a hot topic which all concern really.The topic is fuzzy uncertainty.The paper constructs the measure system of executive competency and fuzzy measure model based on data which were got from investigation on executives of Guangdong province.It illustrates the validity,reliability and practicality of the measure system of executive competency and fuzzy measure model.The paper puts forward corresponding proposals to enhance executives competence based on the result of quantitative measure.This article has great value of theory and application because its research can provide a new way of thinking to evaluate and enhance executive competency of Guangdong province.
