熵理论下的大学国际化动力机制创新研究

Research on Motivation Mechanism Innovation of Internationalization of Universities from the Perspective of Entropy Theory

通过对照耗散结构所要求的条件,证明中国大学国际化动力系统是一个耗散结构系统;而利用熵变理论对中国大学国际化动力机制的分析结果表明,通过技术、制度、管理以及知识创新,中国大学国际化子系统可以从相应的环境中增加内能流流动,从而为该系统引入更多的负熵流,以提高中国大学国际化的主动力以及从动力,实现中国大学国际化动力机制的创新。

Through contrast of the conditions required by dissipative structures the thesis proves that the driving force for the internationalization of Chinese university system is a dissipative structure system;and the analysis results by using entropy theory to study the internationalization of Chinese universities dynamic mechanism shows that the sudsystems of Chinese University may increase the mobility of internal energy flow from a corresponding environment through technical,institutional,management,and knowledge innovation;thus the system may introduce more negative entropy flow in order to enhance the internationalization of Chinese universities as well as the driving force for the initiative to realize the internationalization of Chinese universities dynamic mechanism innovation.
