A Study on Green Supply Chain Management in Ceramic Industry

摘要节能减排是当今世界性的紧迫任务,国际绿色贸易壁垒也因此日益强化,实施绿色供应链管理对高能耗、高排放的陶瓷行业显得更为重要。论文论述陶瓷产业实施绿色供应链管理必要性,分析陶瓷企业实施绿色供应链管理的模型和资源模型,在战略层、业务层上论述陶瓷产业如何实施绿色供应链管理并提出了实施策略。 Energy saving and emission reduction is an urgent task of current world,thus the green trade barriers are intensified.The green supply chain management has been put on the agenda of ceramic industry with high energy consumption and high emission.The paper discusses the necessity to implement green supply chain management in ceramic industry.Then it analyzes the green supply chain management model and resource model.At last it proposes the strategies for green supply chain management.
