摘要
在剖析苏州教育现代化对农村人力资源开发的促进作用的基础上,阐述苏州教育现代化与农村人力资源开发有效对接的政策建议,为政府相关部门决策提供参考。
Through a comprehensive understanding about the background of education modernization in Suzhou,the paper analyzes how education modernization can promote rural human resources development.On this basis,it will address some policy proposals for relevant government departments in decision-making.
