摘要
对GE流程管理的演进过程进行梳理,分析指出流程改善起源于质量运动和价值工程,而质量控制和价值分析是流程改善的根本。
Why can GE maintain prosperous over one hundred years？ One of the reasons is that GE has powerful process management capabilities.This paper has summarized the evolution process of GE＇s process management and analyzed that process improvement has resulted from quality campaign and value Engineering.The fundamental of process improvement is quality control and value analysis.
