摘要
数字出版正以一种新的出版方式,给传统出版方式带来重大冲击,同时也给科技期刊带来新的机遇和挑战。论文简要阐述数字出版的概念及特点,概述国内外科技期刊数字化建设的发展现状及规划,列举出目前我国科技期刊数字化建设、发展过程中存在着的一些问题。对上述问题的成因进行探讨,并针对这些的问题提出相应的建议和对策。
As a new publishing model,the digital publising not only brings a great shock to traditional publishing,but also presents new challenges and opportunities for sci-tech periodicals.In this paper,the conception and characteristic of digital publishing were introduced.The current situation on digital construction of sci-tech periodicals was summarized.Some problems occurring in the process of digital construction of sci-tech periodicals were discussed and the corresponding countermeasures were proposed.
