对外开放与产业结构转型升级：昆山的经验与启示

Opening-up and the Transformation and Upgrading of Industrial Structure:the Experience and Enlightenment of Kunshan

产业结构转型和升级是我国经济长期可持续发展的要求,但是对于对外开放与产业结构转型之间的关系还存在着不同的看法。金融危机以后,学术界甚至有人认为,我国现有的对外开放模式阻碍了产业结构转型。本文首先从理论上分析了对外开放与产业结构转型的关系,然后通过对昆山利用对外开放推动产业结构转型升级、提升产业竞争力的案例分析,指出对外开放是推动新产业建立、成长和高度化演进,提升产业竞争力的有效途径。最后,本文总结了昆山经验的几点启示。

Transformation and upgrading of industrial structure is necessary for China's long-term economic sustainable development. There are still controversial views about the relationship between opening-up and industrial structure transformation. After the financial crisis,some scholars even believe that opening-up has hindered industrial structure transformation. This paper analyzes theoretically the relationship between opening-up and industrial structure transformation. Based on case study of transformation and upgrading of industrial structure of Kunshan,this paper finds out that opening-up is an effective way for the establishment,growth and evolution of new industries,as well as the enhancement of industrial competitiveness. Finally,this paper summarizes several implications from the experience of Kunshan.
