摘要
在用受激布里渊散射相位共轭腔的固体激光器中,起始腔对输出光束质量有较大影响。本文利用模体积与g因子间的关系分析了处于临界稳定区的凹凸腔特性,从而实现该种起始腔参数的优化。对于YAG激光棒,通过采用该种起始腔,在抽运能量为27J,重复频率为10Hz时,得到稳定输出的能量为54.5mJ、M2为1.2的高质量激光。
The beam quality will be significantly affected by the start cavity in the solid-state lasers applying the Stimulated Brillouin Scattering(SBS) phase-conjugating mirrors(PCM).The concave-cofivex cavity operating near a limit of stability has been analyzed by using the relation between fundamental mode volume and g factor,and the cavity can been optimized.As a single Nd:YAG rod with the start cavity of concave-convex,the output energy of 54.5mJ whose beam quality was almost up to the diffraction limit,was obtained at repetition rate 10Hz by use of a novel SBS oscillator.
