摘要
为了降低电动闸阀的振动和噪声,提高阀门的可靠性和安全性,合理地选择电传动装置尤为重要。针对某闸阀的两种不同的电传动装置进行了空载和加压试验,测试两种不同电传动装置作用下产生的振动和噪声。通过结果比较和分析,得出了不同电传动装置对电动闸阀的性能影响,为阀门电传动装置的选择提供了依据。
In order to reduce vibration and noise for electric gate valve and improve its the reliability and safety, it is importance for choosing reasonably the electric actuator. Two kind of different electric actuator were applied at the gate valve, then tested vibration and noise with idle load and adding load. The result showed the two cases affect performance of the gate valve, so it is foundation to choose the electric actuator for manufacturer.
