白血病患儿家长疾病知识了解程度对其心理健康状况的影响

Effect on psychological status of patients＇ family dependents influenced by the awareness of leukemia knowledge

目的 调查白血病患儿家长对本病知识了解程度对其心理健康状况的影响,从而更好地做好家长的心理护理,促进白血病患儿的治疗和康复.方法 采用SCL-90量表及自行设计的一般资料问卷,方便抽取上海4家医院的60例白血病患儿家长进行问卷调查.结果 白血病患儿家长SCL-90量表中各因子的得分均高于国内常模,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;对白血病相关知识了解程度不同的家长在量表上的得分也不同,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 白血病患儿家长的心理健康状况存在偏差,对白血病相关知识的了解程度不同对其心理影响也有不同.

Objective To research psychological status of patients＇ family dependents influenced by the knowledge level of leukemia and to provide the dependents with psychological nursing in order to promote leukemia patients＇ healing. Methods Scale table of SCL-90 and questionnaire on general information designed by ourselves were performed in investigation. 60 patients from 4 hospital in shanghai were selected for questionnaire survey. Results The scores of patients＇ family dependents were higher than domestic norm, which had significant difference （P〈0.01）. The dependents with different knowledge levels of leukemia had different scores, which had significant statistics difference （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The psychological health of patients＇ dependents showed deviation. The awareness of dependents with different knowledge level of leukemia influenced their psychological status differently.
