摘要
目前高校专业教学评估存在评估标准同一、方式方法教条、功利心态明显、正面宣传不够等问题,导致评估存在很多操作难题,评估科学性降低,评估工作受到过度质疑等。北京青年政治学院社会工作系的教学自评估实践证明,正视和克服在教学评估实践中存在的问题,以积极和正面的心态投身教学评估,并根据自身实际完善评估指标体系、评估制度、方法和程序,就能使专业教学自评估成为推进专业建设、提高教学质量的有效途径。
Now,assessment of specialty teaching in universities have some problems such as the same evaluation criteria,ways and means dogmatic,materialistic mentality obvious and positive publicity is not enough,which result in many operational difficulties such as the scitificity of evaluation reduced and over-assessment questions,etc.. The self-evaluation practice of social work department of Beijing Youth Politics College proved that,to face and overcome the practice teaching evaluation problems,to implement teaching evaluation in a positive attitude,and optimize the evaluation index system,methods and procedures according to their actual reality can make it become effective way to advance the professional development and improve teaching quality.
