Practice of Teaching Reform of Affair Practice Curriculum in Higher Vocational Schools——Taking the National Excellent Course of Commercial Banks Counter Operations of Financial Specialty as an Example

高职院校专业实务类课程教学改革应以行业企业需求变化为基准,以就业为导向,围绕专业人才培养目标,以技能型人才培养为重心,以工作过程为导向构建课程教学内容,以情境式教学为特色改革课程教学模式,以提升学生综合能力为核心完善课程教学评价指标体系,同时关注行业企业的发展变化,融合行业企业的各种要素,重视行业企业的信息反馈等,深化改革成效。

The teaching reform of affair practice courses of higher vocational schools should take meeting the demand of industries and enterprises as a benchmark,take employment as the orientation,aim at major personnel training objectives,focus on training skilled personnel to construct working process-oriented teaching contents; reform curriculum and teaching model taking situational-medium teaching as the characteristics; complete the core curriculum teaching evaluation index system taking the enhancement of the comprehensive ability of students as the core; meanwhile,concern about the developments and changes in industries and enterprises,integrate various elements of industries and enterprises,pay attention to information feedback of industries and enterprises and deepen reform results.
