摘要
在中等职业学校技能教学中实施"精细化"管理,是职业岗位、学生特点、技能形成以及学校管理等方面的必然要求。其实施途径包括建立完善的管理制度,优化技能教学流程,规范、分析、交换技能教学信息,以及创设和谐的教学氛围。除了对训练项目、训练方法、考核标准等技能教学内容进行科学、规范的量化表述,中职技能教学"精细化"管理的主要内容还包括技能训练过程的"精细化"。
To implement fine-grained management in skills teaching of secondary vocational schools is the necessary requirement of professional positions,student characteristics,skills formation and school management,and the means of implementation includes the establishment of a sound management system,optimizing the skills teaching process,specifying,analyzing and exchanging skills teaching information,and creating harmonious teaching atmosphere. In addition to scientific and regulatory quantitative description on training programs,training methods,assessment skills and teaching content standards,the main contents of fine-grained management of skills training also includes the fine-grained of skill drill process.
