摘要
基于企业需求和专业发展特点,实施"学校专业理论基础学习—企业见习—学校专业技能学习—企业综合实训—学校专业技能学习实训、考证—企业顶岗实习"螺旋推进式人才培养模式,在螺旋推进流程中开展项目驱动模式、教学工厂模式和企业轮训模式三种工学交替合作形式,实现教学做一体化,强化学生的实践能力。
Based on the characteristics of professional development and business needs,the propel-style personnel training model of "based professional learning theory in school-enterprise practice-skills learning in school-enterprise compre-hensive training-skills training in schoolpost practice in enterprise" was implemented. In this process,three kinds of working and learning alternation forms of project-driven mode,teaching and enterprise rotation pattern and teaching factory pattern were deployed,the integration of teaching,learning and doing were strengthened and the abilities of students to practice in the enterprises were enhanced.
