摘要
在全面质量管理理念、ISO9000质量管理标准、系统科学的方法等指导下,通过"吸收-消化-创新"和"理论-实践-凝练"的方法,形成基于业务流程再造(BPR)的完善而又可操作的程序和方案,通过"硬因素"的改善和"软因素"的改进有机结合,实现教学质量管理工作从外在的推动型转化为高职院校内驱型,有利于推动高职院校在教学全面质量管理基础上提高教学质量。
Under the guidance of the concept of total quality management,ISO9000 quality management standard and the systematic and scientific methods,through the "absorption -digestion-innovation" and "theory-practice-concise" approach,the perfect and operate procedures and programs based on the formation of business process reengineering (BPR) were formed. Through the improvement of "hard factors" and "soft factors" ,the teaching quality management transforming from the outside into vocational institutes in the drive type was achieved,which is conducive to the stability and improvement of teaching quality in higher vocational schools based on total teaching quality management.
