高职院校优秀教学团队的建设目标应着眼于学校整体教育教学水平的提高。加强高职院校优秀教学团队建设,应制订明确的建设目标;开展深度的校企合作;建立有效的运行管理机制;完善相关的发展政策和制度环境。
The target of construction of excellence teaching team in higher vocational schools should aim at the enhancement of the whole school education and teaching level. Strengthening the construction of excellent teaching team in higher vocational schools should formulate clear development objectives; carry out the deep school-enterprise cooperation; establish effective management mechanism; perfect related development policies and institutional environment.
