摘要
在高职院校专任教师管理中实行绩效考核制度,应将专任教师的专业发展与绩效指标设计结合起来。对专任教师的绩效评价,可从教学督导部门评价、学生满意度调查、教师业绩自评、教师同行评价四个方面进行。其中,应着重强调教学工作业绩评价和学生满意度调查。
To implement performance assessment system in the management of full-time teachers in higher vocational schools should integrate the professional development of full-time teachers with the design of performance indicators. The performance evaluation of full-time teachers can be carried out from four aspects including teaching supervision departments evaluation,student satisfaction surveys,teacher performance self-evaluation,peer evaluation of teachers. One should emphasize the teaching performance evaluation and student satisfaction surveys.
