摘要
以油菜种子为材料,测定了不同浓度的镧处理(5、10、20、30、50、100 mg/L)下种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数及种子萌发过程中呼吸速率和可溶性蛋白的含量及其幼苗根系活力。结果表明,低浓度的镧(10~30 mg/L)能促进油菜种子的萌发,增强代谢和提高幼苗的根系活力,其中以镧浓度为30 mg/L时效果最好;而高浓度的镧(>30 mg/L)对油菜种子的萌发有抑制作用,代谢活动和幼苗的根系活力降低。
The germination rate,germination energy,germination index,respiratory rate and soluble protein content,root activity of rape seed were determined with the different concentration of Lanthanum(5,10,20,30,50,100 mg/L).The results indicated that low concentration of La(10 mg/L to 30 mg/L) could promote RaPe seed germate and increase seed metabolism and root activity of seedling.The best effect was the concen-tration of 30 mg/L La.The germination and the metabolism of rape seed and root activity of seedling were decreasing with high concentration of La( 30 mg/L).
