公共对话:近十年国外研究的理论与实践

Public Dialogue Research Abroad:A Synopsis of Theory and Practice of the Past Decade

从公共对话理论发展的谱系来看,自古希腊以来,关于对话和协商的研究便是许多经典政治哲学家讨论的主题。近10年来,由于社会治理实践层面的需要,国外学者在一个新的层面对公共对话进行了深入的研究,研究主题涉及到公共对话的形成、公共对话的理论基础、公共对话的意涵和公共对话的合法性维度等。在实践层面,公共对话被成功地运用于教育、环保、科技政策和社区治理等公共管理领域。当然,一些现实的理性主义者也批评了公共对话在公共领域,特别是在科技发展政策领域运用的局限。

Since ancient Greece,many political philosophers have begun to research the theme of dialogue and consultation.In Recent Years,many foreign scholars restarted to research the public dialogue for the request of social practical governance.On a theoretical level,they have touched on many topics such as the formation of public dialogue,the theoretical basis for public dialogue,the meaning and legitimacy of public dialogue and so on.On a practical level,as a kind of governance mechanism,public dialogue has been successfully applied to the education domain,environmental protection domain,science and technology and community governance domain.But some realistic rationalists have criticized the public dialogue after it was used in the science and technology development policy.
