危机反应策略:危机事件中组织形象的维护 被引量:4

摘要 随着信息传播速度的迅猛提高,如何正确高效地应对和处理危机事件,如何快速地维持和修复组织的公众形象损失,已经成为当今社会各组织生存发展的重要课题。文章结合危机管理的理论领域,阐述了危机事件及其分类、危机管理的重要意义以及对应不同危机情境有效的危机反应策略,为危机事件的传播和沟通提供科学阐释及建议。
