摘要
FAST TCP是一种面向高速长延时网络的传输控制协议,它通过在路由器中维持一个稳定的队列长度以最大化利用网络资源。本文将FAST TCP引入高速无线网络,针对由于无线链路随机丢包产生的吞吐量下降严重的问题,通过可用带宽的估计区分和辨别网络随机丢包,提出一种基于可用带宽估计的改进FAST TCP协议,并在OPNET下实现了改进FAST TCP进程模型。仿真结果表明在高速无线环境下改进FAST TCP有效区分了网络链路丢包,提高了吞吐量。
FAST TCP is a transmission control protocol for high-speed long-latency networks,and it keeps a stable queue length in routers to use network resources more efficiently.In this paper the FAST TCP is introduced to high-speed long-latency wireless network because of its better performance.Aiming at decreasing of throughput due to random link error,an improved FAST TCP is proposed based on available bandwidth estimation to identify the reason of packet loss.Its process model in OPNET is realized.The simulation results show that the improved FAST TCP could identify the reason of packet loss effectively and enhance the throughout in high-speed long-latency wireless network.
