美国“城市化”进程中师资培养计划个案研究及启示

A Case Study of Pre-service Teacher Education Programs in Urbanization of the U.S.A and its Implications to China

摘要 在当前我国城市化进程中,乡镇学校教师质量面临突出的问题,为乡镇地区储备、输送并保留优秀师资的工作面临重重困难。本文选取美国两所大学在其城市化进程中各自的职前师资培养计划作为个案研究,并结合我国实际提出建议:师范院校应适当调整培养目标与课程设置,完善财政保障机制,采用定向培养方案,革新教师资格认定标准和培养模式。 In the process of urbanization in China, equal development of teaching force in urban and rural areas has been put on the top priority. To meet the social needs and solve the problem, training and keeping excellent teachers for the rural area is vital. The pre-service teacher education programs at Fist University and Johns Hopkins University of the U.S.A in its urbanization last century has achieved great success. This article focuses on analysis of these programs and their successful experiences and would like to draw some implications to China.
