摘要
[目的]通过观察心肌缺血再灌注损伤心机超微结构的变化,探讨金纳多对心肌的保护作用。[方法]45只新西兰大耳白兔按文献方法制成心肌微循环障碍模型,随机分为假手术组、模型组、金纳多治疗组,通过电子显微镜观察心肌细胞超微结构的变化并测定CK、LDH。[结果]①与假手术组对比模型组肌原纤维断裂、溶解、消失出现空白区域,肌浆网内Mi肿胀、外膜不完整出现Mi髓鞘样变,糖原消失,闰盘肿胀。②与模型组对比金纳多治疗组肌原纤维排列整齐肌节明显Z线清晰,肌浆网内Mi数量有所增多,糖原颗粒增多,闰盘接近正常。③金纳多明显缩小血清CK、LDH活性。[结论]金纳多对兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用。
[ Objective] To observe the myocardial ischemia injury concern ultrastructural changes of effort to explore the Ginaton on myocardial protection. [ Methods ] 45 New Zealand white rabbits were made by literature methods of myocardial microeireulation were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group, treatment group Ginaton by electron microscopy and ultrastructural changes of myocardial cells measured CK, LDH. [ Results] (~ compared with the sham group model group Myofibrillar fragmentation, dissolution, disappearance of a blank area within the Mi sarcoplasmie reticulum swelling, outer membrane appear Mi ineomplete myelin degeneration, glycogen disappeared, treatment group Ginaton myofibrillar intercalated disc swelling. (~) compared with model group, aligned Z lines clearly marked, sarcoplasmic retieulum Mi have increased, glycogen particles increased, intercalated disk close to normal. (~) Jinnaduoming significantly reduced serum CK, LDH activity. [ Conclusions] Ginaton on myocardial ischemia -reperfusion injury in rats.
