摘要
黄芪、党参、白术均是临床上常用的补脾药,本实验基于NEI网络,通过观察它们对"耗气破气"脾虚大鼠模型脑-肠轴β-EP含量的影响,探讨脾虚证的发生机理,揭示补脾药对脾虚证的作用机理,为临床治疗提供实验依据。
Astragalus, Codonopsis, Atractylodes are commonly used Spleen clinical medicine, this experi- ment based on the NEI network and through observation of their "gas consumption gas- breaking" spleen rat model of brain - gut axis β- EP content, and to explore Spleen deficiency the occurrence mechanism of the drug revealed Spleen Spleen disease mechanism, in order to provide experimental basis for clinical treatment.
