小柴胡汤合麻杏石甘汤加减治疗慢性支气管炎80例

[目的]观察小柴胡汤合麻杏石甘汤加减治疗慢性支气管炎疗效。[方法]将80例慢支病例辨证分为痰热郁肺型和寒饮伏肺型。痰热郁肺型给予小柴胡汤合麻杏石甘汤加清热化痰药物;寒饮伏肺型给予小柴胡汤合麻杏石甘汤加温化寒饮药物治疗。[结果]临床治愈21例,临床治愈率26.3%,有效53例,有效率66.2%,无效6例,无效率7.5%。[结论]小柴胡汤合麻杏石甘汤加减治疗慢性支气管炎有较好的效果。
