加味三拗汤为主治疗外感咳嗽42例

Modified Decoction of Three Crude Drugs Common Cough 42 Cases

[目的]观察以经验方加味三拗汤为主,治疗外感咳嗽的临床疗效。[方法]对照组32例用西药头孢拉定胶囊、复方甘草合剂治疗;治疗组42例在西药治疗的基础上加服加味三拗汤。[结果]治疗组治愈22例,好转15例,总有效率88.1%;对照组治愈11例,好转11例,总有效率68.7%,经统计学处理两组疗效有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明治疗组明显优于对照组。[结论]以加味三拗汤为主的中西医结合方案治疗外感咳嗽能明显提高临床疗效。

[ Objective] To observe the＇ Modified Decoction of Three Crude Drugs dominated the clinical efficacy of treatment of common cough. [Method] 32 patients with the control group with western medicine Cephradine capsules, brown mixture treatment ; treatment of 42 patients treated in Western Canada on the basis of three- bend soup flavored clothes. [Results] Cured 22 cases, 15 cases were improved, the total effective rate 88.1% ; control group, 11 cases were cured, 11 cases improved, and the total efficiency of 68.7% , after two groups statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） , indicating that the treatment group than the control group. [ Conclusion] With Modified Decoction of Three Crude Drugsbased Integrative Medicine in the treatment of exogenous cough can significantly improve the efficacy.
