柴芍四君汤治疗Hp相关性慢性胃炎临床疗效观察

Chai Shao Si Jun Tang on Hp Related Chronic Gastritis Observation

[目的]探讨中药治疗幽门螺旋杆菌相关性慢性胃炎的临床疗效。[方法]将52例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各26例;对照组第1周采用根除Hp三联药物口服,第2周继续服用奥美拉唑;治疗组在对照组的基础上,加服中药自拟柴芍四君汤4周。[结果]两组Hp根除率达73%及85%;两组比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05),两组胃镜病理改变治疗前具有可比性(P>0.05),治疗后两组均有明显改善,且中西医结合治疗组优于单纯西药治疗组(P<0.05)。[结论]中药治疗幽门螺旋杆茵相关性慢性胃炎有较高的治愈率与Hp清除率,能减少不良反应的发生,为中药抗Hp治疗提供了新的思路。

[ Objective ] To explore the effects of the treatment of Hoelicohacter pylori associated chronic gastritis in cancer. [Method] 52 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 26 patients in each group ; control group 1 week triple therapy with oral administration of Hp eradication, the first two weeks of continued use omeprazole; treatment group taking control group based on the Chai Shao Si Jun Tang for4 weeks. [Results] The two groups of Hp eradication rate was 73% and 85% ; difference between the two groups was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） , pathological changes in the two groups before treatment gastroscopy comparable （P 〉 0.05）, after treatment, both groups significantly improved, and the combined treatment group was better than Western medicine treatment group （P 〈 0.05）. [ Conclusion] Chinese medicine treatment of Helicobacter pylori associated chronic gastritis rod Yan had a higher cure rate and clearance rate of Hp can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, anti - Hp therapy of Chinese medicine provides a new way of thinking.
