摘要
[目的]观察中西医结合治疗急性脑梗塞的临床疗效。[方法]将128例急性脑梗塞患者随机分为治疗组78例和对照组50例,两组均予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服中药汤剂,两组疗程为14天。[结果]治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。[结论]中西医结合治疗急性脑梗塞疗效满意,值得临床推广运用。
[ Objective] In the treatment of acute cerebral infarction with Chinese-Western- Combined clinical efficacy. [Methods] 128 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 78 cases, 50 cases of two correspondingly routine western medicine, the treatment group received additional treatment based on the decoction of Chinese medicine services, 14 treatment groups days. [Results] The clinical efficacy than the control group. [ Conclusion] The treatment of acute cerebral infarction is very reliable Chinese -Western -Combined clinical application.
