益气活血汤治疗偏头痛45例

Yiqi Huoxue Decoction of 45 Cases of Migraine

[目的]观察益气活血汤治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。[方法]观察88例,分两组。治疗组45例,用自拟益气活血汤,每日1剂。对照组口服盐酸氟桂嗪胶囊治疗,每次10mg。两组均以4周为1个疗程。[结果]治疗组临床痊愈13例,显效16例,有效11例,无效5例。对照组临床痊愈6例,显效13例,有效9例,无效15例。[结论]益气活血汤治疗偏头痛,效果较好。

[ Objective ] Yiqi Huoxue Decoction treatment of migraine therapy. [ Method ] observed 88 cases, divided into two groups. 45 patients treated with self Yiqi day one. The control group was treated with flunarizine capsule, each 10mg. Groups are 4 weeks a course of treatment. [Results] The clinical cure in 13 eases, 16 cases markedly effective in 11 eases, 5 cases ineffective. Control group, 6 cases of clinical cure, 13 cases were markedly effective in 9 cases, ineffective in 15 cases. [ Conclusion] Yiqi Huoxue Decoction treatment of migraine with good results.
