摘要
本文设计了一种应用于海水总有机碳分析的化学发光信号采集系统。该系统利用ATmega16作为数据采集系统的核心处理芯片。光电转换模块采用了日本滨松光电倍增管来完成,能够灵敏的检测到发光信号。软件部分通过VC++编程控制整个测试过程并接收下位机传送的采样数据结果。系统通过RS232串口与PC通信,PC软件对检测过程进行控制,并实时输出测量结果。试验表明,与传统的实验室试验方法相比该系统具有现场、实时等优点,是一种具有广泛应用前景的现场实时测量系统。
Based on ATmega16 designed a Chemiluminescence signal acquisition system.The system is used ATmega16 as the core of the embodied computer processing chip,Hamamatsu photomultiplier tube used to do photoelectric conversion,PC software analysis the data.The system through the RS232 serial communicated with PC,PC software controlled the testing process,and output measurement results in real-time.As a result,the system has some advantages such as online and real-time compared to conventional laboratory testing,it would be a broad prospect of on-site real-time measuring instruments.
