摘要
从电解法、蒽醌法、异丙醇氧化法、氢氧直接合成法介绍了过氧化氢合成的现状,并在此基础上综述了过氧化氢的合成与有机物选择性氧化反应的各种集成工艺,包括蒽醌法、异丙醇氧化法以及氢氧直接合成法生产过氧化氢与有机物选择性氧化反应的集成工艺。指出异丙醇氧化法及氢氧直接合成法制过氧化氢与有机物选择性氧化反应进行集成具有开发前途。同时分析了上述两种集成工艺在实施过程中存在的主要问题和可能的解决途径。
The production methods of hydrogen peroxide are introduced including electrolysis,anthraquinone,isopropanol oxidation and direct synthesis from H2/O2.Based on these hydrogen peroxide production methods,integrated processes with selective oxidation of organic compounds are reviewed.It is believed that the integrated processes of hydrogen peroxide production by isopropanol oxidation and direct synthesis from H2/O2 with selective oxidation of organic compounds are both prospective.Meanwhile,the main existed problems and corresponding possible solutions in these integrated processes are discussed.
