摘要
阐述了在水轮机振动监测中,如何利用PSoC丰富的片上资源完成键相信号处理,实现水轮机转速的精确测量,并为数据采集卡提供整周期采样脉冲.介绍了硬件电路的模块构成、PSoC Designer的硬件模块配置方法以及软件设计.与传统方法相比,该方案简化了硬件设计,降低了成本.
This paper explains in Hydro-turbine vibration monitoring, how to use PSoC's plenty of source on chip to process key-phase signal,achieve hydro-turbine rotational speed, and offer the whole-periodic sampling pulse for the data acquisition card. The components of the hardware, PSoC Designer hardware module config and firmware design are introduced. Compared with the traditional method, PSoC scheme can simplify the hardware, reduce the cost.
