我国与发达国家生态消费主导模式比较研究

Comparing Study on Eco-consumption Leading Model between China and Developed Countries

随着生态环境日益恶化,生态消费问题越来越受到国际社会的关注。经济发达国家通过消费者、政府、NGO、企业等的推动作用逐步提高了本国生态消费水平。近年来,我国也开始重视引导居民转变消费观念,促进生态消费,但目前尚未形成一整套合理的政策和配套措施来促进全社会生态消费模式的形成。通过与发达国家的生态消费主导模式进行分析比较,可以为建立适合我国国情和生态消费现状的政府主导型生态消费模式提供有益借鉴。

As entironment deteriorates increasingly,international society has paid more attention to eco-consumption issue.Developed countries boost eco-consumption in their homeland through driving by consumer,government,NGO and corporation etc..In recent years,China begins to attach importance to leading consumers change their idea and promoting eco-consumption.But,there is no any systemic policies and measures to accelerate eco-consumption in China until now.By comparing analysis with the eco-consumption leading models in developed countries,we will use them for beneficial reference in order to build a government leading eco-consumption model,which is based on the situation of country as well as eco-consumption actuality in China.
