摘要
在头部伽玛刀的放射治疗中,经验的周边剂量,不可避免的会产生剂量过低以致使此次治疗无效或者微效;剂量过高以致使病人不必要的放射损伤。本文是借鉴已有的头部伽玛刀治疗的放射损伤理论,进一步地研究不同病理类型脑瘤在综合因素下其放射损伤与周边剂量的关系,并通过已经开发出的软件程序,给出特定病人特定脑瘤的最佳周边剂量区间,以供临床参考,进而更好的降低放射性损伤和提高医疗质量.
In Gamma knife radiotherapy of the head,impirical peripheral dosages often result in minor or no effect,or unnecessary radiation injury.Based on current theory of gamma knife radiation-induced head injury,radiation injury and peripheral dosages for different brain pathologies were correlated,optimal peripheral dosages could be suggested by a developed computer program.This may,in the clinic,result in reduced radiation damage and improved medical care.
