摘要
提出了光通信系统可靠性设计的硬件和软件方法,设计和实现了一种新的高可靠性代码存储方法,对用传统的FLASH存储加载程序与用FRAM存储加载程序的方法进行了对比,通过将代码存放在FRAM中,用SPI引导加载的方法有效提高了代码存储加载的安全性.
The method to design the reliable optical communication system are given, the new high reliability storage of the code are designed and realized, the two methods memorying and bootloadering from flash or from FRAM are compared, results showed that storing the code in the FRAM, and using the SPI to Bootloader improve the safety of codes' storage and bootloader effectually.
